  • Illegal Operation DLL

I just bought DAEMON Tools Pro, but everytime I try to mount an image, I get this error message:

I'm using Windows XP Pro Media Center Edition SP3.

I'm not sure what to do now, and I can't find the answer anywhere. Not even Google can help me!

I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get.

    Please install latest Windows updates.

      I can't.

I tried to update, and it said "Update Failed"

When I went to micrisoft, and got the update, I recieved the same Illegal...DLL message.

Would you please post/attach the content of this registry key:

        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\curre ntversion\explorer\mountpoints2

Rightclick on key -> Export -> save as a txt file

I have found that I can access the ISO.

If I right click on the drive >> explore, I can use it..

but the autorun feature is becoming the issue.

I'm not sure if that helps at all, but at least I can do that!

So obviously the image mounts fine.

From what i see the openindex.exe (index.hta) is part of a CBT Nuggets video training disc.

Does autorun work flawless with the original disc ?
If not, then please contact CBT Nuggets support.
