Hope there will be support soon for 64 but atm there isn't much use of 64 , the 64 system is still in beta and not many cpu support it or programs for that matter either, it shall work with 32 programs but as someone mentioned earlier not with drivers so my suggestion is even if you got 64 cpu don't bother use 64 system yet, still to buggy and not many drivers work with it and besides atm you won't gain much on using it either until official release of it is out!
i think D-Tools creators should put there work on "more" important stuff instead of adding support for 64!
flame me if u want

We will work on 64 support only on the 'idle' periods, when no important tasks are pending. Do not expect 64 support earlier them in several months.
Operating System: Windows XP 64-Bit Edition for 64-Bit Extended Systems
Burning Software: Nero 6.3.1.6
Anti-virus Software: VirusScan Enterprise 7.1.0
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

Several months?!
It dosen't take that long to do a recompile of the driver if you really were interested. If you have any questions about how this is done then I suggest you check these resources:
