        The error disappeared.
        A procedure is written here.

DAEMON Tools 3.46 installed, then UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP Error
        generated.

I uninstalled Adaptec DirectCD and reinstalled ATI Catalyst v4.5.
        Then UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP Error disappeared.

Although the reason was not found, it could useing DAEMON Tools 3.46.

          same bug, but made this..

          Operating System: Windows 2000 SP4
          Burning Software: Nero Ultra 6.3.1.6
          Anti-virus Software: PC-Cillin 2003
DAEMON Tools Version: Daemon Tools 3.46

I had this same bug, but I thought first it was an hardware problem, so I opened my comp, checked if all pieces we're inserted correctly, like processor or HD and RAM, and after that, my computer had started without problems.
