Problem with Installing Call of Duty with Daemon Tools

Burning Software: Easy CD Creator 5
Anti-virus Software: Panda Antivirus
DAEMON Tools Version: v3.46

I installed .bin, .cue, and .iso images earlier today for Call of Duty. I used Daemon Tools to open the .bin image and I begin the installation where it works fine. Halfway through it tells me to switch to the second CD. I do so and then I wait until it goes up to 100% and asks for the first CD to complete the installation. I mount the first image again and press ok but nothing happens and it keeps asking for the first CD no matter how many times I click ok. I would really appreciate some help on this matter. If there was a thread about this at an earlier time then I apologize for posting this thread, but I didn't find it.

I've had a similar problem with Beyond Good & Evil. I ended up making three seperate drives for each of the CDs and it worked nicely. But I can imagine that that would only work if the installer let you choose where to get the next CD, like BGE's.
