  • BlueScreen Win 7 32bit

    Hi there!

I updated yesterday from the foregoing version to the latest one (4.40.1.0127) with SPTD 1.76 - OS Windows Pro, 32 bit.

I made 4 virtual devices and after restart and first usage I tried to include an image - the first bluescreen since ages apperas!
As I haven`t installed any other software since a longer time - it might be caused by deamon tools lite (free version)

    any ideas?

btw. now - after a while windows is running again, I have no problems. But don`t want to have a bluescreen again as you can imagine

Please post that minidump here (the file, not the content).

You also may check this Microsoft article. That update includes an updated Volsnap.sys Version 6.1.7600.20654.
