  • Does DTLite always need to be running?

    Hi-

I'm using DTLite to 'virtualize' a few of my kindergarten disks. Does DTLite always need to be running in the system tray in order to keep the devices mounted? I *think* I disabled the system tray icon last night and the 4 mounted devices flipped to DVDs with no reference to the CDs that were originally there. I hope I'm explaining this correctly.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    No, it doesn't.
Just mount your images to the 4 drives, then open DT Preferences/General: Preferences | daemon-help.com

Now uncheck Use tray icon and check Automount.
After next reboot those 4 images are mounted automatically.
