Can not open a window on top

After I installed the Daemon Tolls Pro, new windows have stopped opening on top of other windows.
The problem disappears after the removal of DAEMON Tools Shell Extensions Helper.exe

Windows 7 Pro x64
Daemon Tools Pro Advanced 4.41.0314 and 4.40.0311
