    Disabling the "Use Tray Agent" option

    If the "Use Tray Agent" option is disabled and you close the main DT window, DT is not minimized to systray, that is, it exits completely. Does DT have to be running (with main window minimized or in systray) for various emulation options to work? In short, will I lose any mounting/emulation related functionality by disabling the mentioned option or is it only for user convenience?
