Unable to mount image. File not accessable.

Using Windows 98. DAEMON Tools version 3.47. I've been told this is the highest version I can use on that system. I get the message "Unable to mount image. File not accessable." when trying to mount MDF/MDS files. The images were created with Alcohol 120%. How do I fix this?

This old DT version can't mount latest mdf/mds images. You have to use a much older version of DT Pro/Alcohol to create the image.
