Having problem installing D-TOOLS.

Operating System: Xp Pro Sp1 with all windows updates
Burning Software: Nero,alcohol 120%
Anti-virus Software: Norton AntiVirus
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46 (the latest)

When im trying to install D-Tools i get this error all the time:



Ive already tried to install the daemon.msi , but its still dont work even put the file above in the directory that the installation requierd.

Please if anyone can help me with that or having more question, ur free to ask
