Ghost drive still there after uninstall - do not have options for 'common' solution

I have a new install of Win7 x64 and I uninstalled D-tools after using them to install some programs (my comp has no DVD drive)

There's a ghost removable disk still in my Computer screen. I went to the 'common issues' section of the forum, and found the post there, but my Device manager doesn't have the items that are listed to delete.

I do not have Plug and Play BIOS extension, I do not have a SCSI category full stop. I have Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator under system devices, but don't know if that's the same thing.

I don't want to have to re-format, but if I can't get rid of this drive It'll be the only thing left to do.

Please specify DAEMON Tools version that you used.
Did you install SPTD driver together with DAEMON Tools?
Did you install any other CD/DVD emulators?
Post screenshots which may help us to understand the problem.
