  • Can't uninstall Daemon Tools Pro

    When I try to uninstall I get a blue screen and then my computer restarts. Please help!

    I have uploaded the Minidump file

    Follow these steps:

    1. Download SPTD setup from DuplexSecure - Downloads.
    2. Run downloaded file and click Uninstall to uninstall SPTD driver.
    3. Reboot.
    4. Uninstall DAEMON Tools.

      BSOD seems to be caused by PxHelp20.sys. Try to remove it.
      Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot

            Hi, I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to remove this file..

              Search for mentioned sys file, rename it and restart your computer.
