Can't Boot from virtual Drive

I mounted an image in a virtual Drive, but after restarting my computer i can't choose this drive for booting...i pressed F12, but the Drive is not shown ...

Please help me :/

Virtual drive is programmatically created device which can work under operating system only. So you are not able to use it to boot your PC.
