* DTProAgent.exe Application Error and Terminate

" DTProAgent.exe - Application Error!

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0150004), Click on OK to terminate the application! "

The above happens endless and start at any Bootups to apear and Abort:

1. Daemon Tools Pro Standard 4.35.0307.0128
2. Daemon Tools Pro Standard Agent

I'm runing under Windows XP Home SP3 with Norton Security Suite 6 and never having any problems for years untill now again.

Having no idea why such problems to occur where no any change in my systems done and my fresh new updated DTPro Standard still remain as useless died.

I turn for Help as well into the Disc-Soft.com Support Team and send 3 copy of the 'DAEMONToolsLog.zip to recreate LOG and still no positive results!

I need badly Help from the DAEMON Tools Tech Support Team!
