How to emulate secuRom v7.4006???

I have an made a backup of Ashes Cricket 09 which uses the above mentioned version of secuRom , Now the problem is its not working daemon tools pro saying that plz use the original disc instead backup , what should I do??

Have you used the New SecuROM profile when creating the image ?

Most common reasons for that error message are:

- usage of a virtual DT drive instead of an IDE/SCSI drive
- bad Data Position Measurement, or no DPM at all
- high CPU load
- Security software disturbing the check / messing up the emulation timing
- overclocking
- (very) fragmented HDD
- SecuROM messing around
