  • Unable to add virtual device

I get this errror when trying to add a DT virtual device.
This is my first time getting this error even though I used daemon tools a few months ago, could it have to do with the new update??
When i check the Device Manager and double click on, 'Dtsoft virtual cdrom device' the device details say, "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
Could anyone help me with this Ive been looking for a solution all day!!!

Please attach or share your zipped "C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log" file.

Also please try this Microsoft FixIt solution, reboot
Your CD or DVD drive can't read or write media

If the FixIt can't find/fix problems please attach/upload a zipped Autoruns arn file (no installation required).
Additionally, please download this tool: http://www.bustrace.com/downloads/devfilter.exe
Run it, highlight your optical drive on the left, then highlight upper/lower filters on the right.
Which filters are installed on your system ?
