  • How to remove virtual IDE drivers?

    Hi,
I accidently created virtual IDE drivers with DT but virtual device manager doesn't remove them.
    How could I remove them?

If you disable the whole IDE Adapter the drives won't be removed as well ?
Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the SPTD access layer ?
The SPTD installer is located in the DT Pro install directory.

I uninstalled once DT before writing here.
I don't know what is the IDE adapter. I tried to remove and stop the installed IDE channels without any result.

Removing DT does not remove SPTD.

How could I remove that SPDT? I see only the install possibility. There is no such name in the installed programs.

Don't try to use the Windows Device Manager to remove the IDE channel - that won't work.

Use the "Virtuális Eszközkezelő" in DAEMON Tools instead to deacticate the IDE Adapter.

So you have this Uninstall button greyed out ?

Ah, I understand. I removed SPDT but the drivers remained.

These virtual drivers don't even appear in the virtual device manager. This was the first thing I tried see my first post.
