Downloaded the installer from the official site and once it was nearly finished, it came up with this: 
First of all, WTF is it? I selected the 2nd option and unticked all the boxes (since in nearly all installers that try to sell you some crapware have everything ticked already).
Secondly, if this has anything to do with the fact that I'm from Estonia (former Soviet country) which has a large russian population (about 1/4 of total) and that the installer picked it up by checking the system's selected region, then this is quite insulting to be honest.
