  • d346bus.sys causing boot problem in WinXP

Operating System: Windows XP Pro SP1
    Burning Software: -
Anti-virus Software: Norton AV Corporate edition
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

    Hi,
I have just repaired my XP installation due to error in my network components. Just when I thought everything will be fine, my WinXP can not boot and keep restarting. When I go to safe mode, the computer will stop at the message "Press esc to cancel loading d346bus.sys". If I press cancel, the computer will reboot, and the same goes if I dont press anything.

Is there a way to cancel d346bus.sys from loading at boot? Can I access boot.ini or the registry entry?
Thanks in advance for your kind help

    Regards,
    Ben

If you press ESC that is the way to cancel loading of bus driver, so if it still crashes if you press ESC, obviously it's not caused by Daemon Tools.
