If not is it possible to create an image that's working with daemon tool (latest version)

Depends on your writer. You should have no problems with e.g. LiteOn >= 40x writers.
    Image should work fine.

So can you explain me step by step how to create a working image ?
I like Alcohol so if it is possible to use it just say me wich settings I have to apply.

And if my burner is a _NEC DVD+RW ND 1100A

The NEC won't be able to create a perfect backup either, it's possible you can create a working backup with Alcohol and the mentioned profile.
