VHS to DVD

This is off topic, but maybe someone could point me to a place? I want to copy some VHS tapes to DVD. Some are recordings that I have made and some are commercial.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I do that with WinDVR. No A/V desynchronisation, nice quality.
