  • Daemon tools installed, not system will not boot

    Operating System: Windows 2000 SP4
    Burning Software: None
    Anti-virus Software: None
    DAEMON Tools Version: 346

I installed Daemon tools on Windows 2000, SP4. Now when I restart, it stops as soon as the Windows 2000 graphic displays. I can get into safe mode, and have removed the d346* drivers. The first couple of times I restarted in safe mode, it asked if I wanted to skip loading one of the d346 files (by hitting escape), but it no longer gives me that option. I cannot uninstall Daemon Tools because the Windows installer service will not start in safe mode. Any ideas?

I read on some other sites to remove the scsi devices that Daemon Tools adds, but I have none of those listed in my system devices.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
