System reset's while installing

Operating System: WinXP
Burning Software: Nero , DVD Decryptor
Anti-virus Software: Norton
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

When trying to install daemon tool, my system resets itsels, and when i start windows again i'm faced with a non operational and non control panel removable program....

I get the language error that is detailed in your common problems forum, yet reinstalling (the solution you have offered) does not work i just end up with the same result.

I've removed all the drivers and waiting your instructions on how to properly install the program so that it works...

yes i have one game that i know of, i'm removing it now, should i run the starfroce driver removal app as well?

Yes, un-installation of the mentioned games will NOT remove Starforce drivers.
