  • Devices are invalid

I just restarted my win7 system and it seems that the (v)SCSI devices are marked as
    invalid --

So I checked found an update 4.48.1 (lite) and installed it -- during the install, I got a message that the virtual device driver could not be installed --

Is there a solution to this?

    Thanks

I'd first try a manual uninstallation: Removing DAEMON Tools Lite manually | daemon-help.com
Reboot, and manually install latest SPTD driver: DuplexSecure - Downloads
Reboot, and install latest DT version.
    If that doesn't help:
The SCSI devices worked properly before ?
Does your physical optical drive work properly atm. ?

Which security software(s) are you using ?
Please attach/upload a zipped Autoruns arn file (no installation required).
