Help! .bin and .iso?

I'm new at this so don't kill me....

I have an image of CD#1 for a program but it's now in .bin format after i used IsoBuster to change it to .bin . No correct me if i'm wrong but inorder for me to use d-tools it would need to be back in it's .iso form? If so, how do i change it back and if not how do i get the program to recognize it on the virtual drive?

You can mount this image....
Just left-click on dt icon , and insert the image in your created drive.
On option data type just use "all images", and it should work... !!!
