Operating System: W2000 Pro sp4 latest patches
Burning Software: EZDC 5.3.5.17
Anti-virus Software: Mcafee 8i
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

I get the following BSOD after installing Deamon Tools 3.47 (I have never installed this program before.)

BSOD:
Stop: 0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x8041D145, 0x00000000, 0x00000008)
Address 8041D145 base at 80400000, DateStamp 41773305
ntoskrnl.exe
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
---
Symptoms:

I install the program without problem. After reboot, I receive the above BSOD.
I reboot in SafeMode. While installing the different drivers I am asked if I wish to install D347bus.sys. If I allow the installation I receive the BSOD. If I abort the install (replying with ESC) the machine boots normaly (in SafeMode).
In SafeMode, I open Device Manager and the PnP BIOS Extension has failed. If I try to uninstall Daemon Tool before uninstalling PnP BIOS Extension the uninstall of Daemon Tools fails with Cannot Find Microsoft Installer. Otherwise it uninstalls normally.

There is no MiniDump.

Could someone please help. I would really like to use Deamon Tools to run and image of Sims2 (DVD version) on my Dell Latitude D505.
Thanks, Bob
