Burning Software: Alcohol
Anti-virus Software: Norton Interent security 2003
DAEMON Tools Version: Uninstalled, but it was the latest.
I had installed D-mon tools, because I wanted to use the virtual drive. The program looked cool, but it automatically made a new virtual drive. I tried to set the number of drives to one, but all that I did, I couldn't get rid of the virtual drive. I exited D-mon tools, and uninstalled it, still there. I would have kept the program, because it did work for what I needed it to do, but I noticed that I couldn't get Alcohol 120 to recognize my Physical Drive, it only recognized the virtual one that D-mon tools had made.
I checked ur forums and figured out how to get rid of the virtual drive, but the problem is, I now try and use Alcohol 120 to make an image, and alcohol can't even recognize my real physical drive. It did before I installed D-mon tools. Now, I have uninstalled D-mon tools and still having the same problem with Alcohol.
I have made this same post on thier board, any input will help plz thx.
