data error when installing

When installing my games ive come across a data error. Says

data error (cyclic rendundancy check)

then cancels the installation.

can anyone help?[/img]

CRC errors are usually caused by damaged images and/or something preventing reading of the image (e.g. virus, anti-virus etc.).
