    I am trying to make a backup of NASCAR Sim Racing (just came out, 2005) but it is protected by Safedisc 4. When I load the image with Daemon Tools, I get an illegal operation error. Any help?

    Scanning -> E:\NASCAR SimRacing.exe
    File Type : Exe, Size : 5945322 (05AB7EAh) Bytes
    -> File has 1509354 (01707EAh) bytes of appended data starting at offset 043B000h
    [!] Safedisc 4.00.001 detected !

    I scanned it with ProtectionID v5

        Can you give the exact error message? Is drive-type autoplay enabled? Does this happen right after mounting (before you click anything else or run any other programs?) Or does it happen after you try to startup the game with the original disc ejected (does it happen also with the original disc inserted?) ?

        What application generates the message: Daemon-Tools, the game (Nascar 2004), or some other program running in the background on your system?
