  • Uninstall...How do I get drive E: back?

    Operating System: Windows Xp Professional
    Burning Software: Nero
    Anti-virus Software: Norton Anti-Virus
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.33..I think.

I installed Daemon Tools about a month ago so that I could use a Cd image from a friend. It ended up not working because I lost my cd-key. I don't even want to the program I was trying to make work with Daemon Tools anymore. What a great program though. I know I'll use it in the future. Anywho my question is as follows...

i uninstalled daemon tools, but now i've lost my drive E: for my removable device. For some of my settings, I'd prefer to keep at E:, but now my removable drive resorts to drive F:. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any info is a big help. Thanks again.

Plug your drive in (so you can see it on Explorer) then go to control panel->administrative tools->computer management->disk management. There right-click on your removable drive and choose "change drive letter". Pick E
