    Operating System: WINXP SP2
    Burning Software: none
    Anti-virus Software: none
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Hi,

    When i installed daemon tools my computer crashed.

    Now i wanted to reinstall it again but it tells me it's already installed.

    I can't uninstall the program because it's not in my software menu.

    Which key do i need to remove so i can try to install it again?

    Check if you've minidump related to that crash (in Windows\Minidump folder), if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.
    Regarding error 25002 check related thread in common problems and solutions forum.

          Hi all

          I have a problem with Daemon vers.3.47.

          When I want to install this version he is "unable to extract the intaller"

          I dont know what I have to do...

          maybe there is a ".msi" for this version

          please help me someone

            And after installing the new starforce drivers.

            How can i install daemon again? coz it tells me it is installed already.

            Coz i wanted to install the program again after deleting the directory, too see if the error still occured.
