Can't Install DT 347 Error code 25030

Anti-virus Software: NAV 2004
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Hello,

I have been trying to find the solution to this problem all over this forum, but with little success. I have been trying to install D-Tools 3.47 and time after time get the error Device Setup error 25030.

A little history, I was XP SP1, unistalled DT 3.46, upgraded to XP SP2, and now cannot get any version of DT to install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
