No Language Support Detected (again)

Operating System: xp sp2
Burning Software: nero
Anti-virus Software: norton
DAEMON Tools Version: last

I disabled lot of apparently useless windows system services and daemon tools started not to work anymore, bringing me the "No Language Support" error, so I think there's some system service that it uses.
I tried uninstall/reinstalling it but it gives me always the same error.
Has someone tried to fix it with success?
