Cant installl dtools

Operating System: Windows XP SP2
Burning Software: Nero 6
Anti-virus Software: Kaspersky 5
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

I cant install any version of deamon tools.I have installed anti-blaxx,then daemon tools crashed,i have uninstalled both.And after that i cant install daemon tools,i have error : The old version of Daemon tools cannot be removed.I have cleaned all drivers,all keys in registry,but i cant install daemon.Help please !
