Check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum, reboot after the procedure, then re-install.

          4. In WinNT/2000/XP/2003 open registry editor and check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es for entries with same names as Daemon driver files. Delete these keys.

what are the daemon drivers names?

 The are mentioned right above point 4 in bold :!: :?:
            To make it short:
            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\d347bus
            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\d347prt

You rebooted after the procedure, and re-installed?
Did you get BSOD/crash/reboot during re-installation?

Then check if you've minidump related to that crash (in Windows\Minidump folder), send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread (unpacked or RAR-packed, NOT zip'ed!).

Take a look into mentioned folder, if there're any .dmp files check if the date of any of them matches the date and time of crash during Daemon Tools installation, and send that file to mentioned mail address - ok?
