Does the patch work with daemon tools or did they blacklist it again?

It doesn't work with DTools 3.29 enabled...

Are u planning to do something about it?

As always it will be analyzed and fixed in an upcoming Daemon Tools version. Unfortunately thereґre quite a lot things to analyze atm (blacklists, SD2.90 ...);
INSERT INTO `portal_posts_text` VALUES
so it may take some time.
