  • Daemon Doesn't Properly Load Images

    Operating System: XP
    Burning Software: CloneCD
    Anti-virus Software: McAfee
    DAEMON Tools Version: 347

    Hey,

I've had Daemon Tools for a bit now and it worked perfectly, always. My comp was disconnected for the summer, while I was home and had no place to set it up.

Now that I've got it back up and running, I can't get Daemon to work anymore.

DT will open. I can click "Mount Image" and select Images I want mounted. They even appear in the My Comp folder on the icon of the Daemon drive. But when I try to open the image folder, it tells me to insert a disk.

This is all happening with ISOs and images that have previously worked without issues.

I uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried changing the names of the drives and all... but so far with no luck.

    Any help appreciated.

What do you mean? My computer's clock is set correctly, if that's what you're asking.

Did you guys by any chance install some software in-between that might have installed some driver?
