Can`t install D-Tools 3.47

Hello, i used the search but i couldn`t find anything!!!
So, i need to rename the driver`s names, but i can`t install, first there doesn`t appear an error message but after a few secounds of installation there comes that:

And i don`t no what to do!!!

Search for "error 25009" you'll find many threads.
You could post your problem in the German Section if you couldn't speak englisch very well.
