  • Drives have disappeared and they won't come back

    Hi,

I know you are busy doing your good work and i could probably wait until v4 comes out but for some reason in the middle of doing something else the virtual drives disappeared and after restarting and reinstalling/restarting they won't come back. The tray icon is there it is loaded in the processes but the drives just aren't there (and yes i had 2 drives setup not 0  ) ... I tried system restore point etc but nothing is working... im sure there are other virtual drive programs out there but yours is by far the best etc... any help would be grand

    Common Problems and Solutions

Read the post entitled "No drive letter(s) assigned to the virtual drive(s), or virtual drive(s) disappeared" in the Common Problems and Solutions forum

If that doesn't work then post all the drivers listed from the device manager screen (ex. cdrom.sys, storprop.dll and redbook.sys) and we'll try and help you out.
