D TOOLs uninstal and reinstal problems

hi i uninstaled D tools forgeting to unmount drives
my problem is now i kant reinstal d tools becous the generic drives ar still instaled
the folowing messeg comes upp close to the end of instalation


some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other files or services in system. please choose other driver names or make sure you have reboted after removal of software using same names


pleas help me htis problem is realy buging me
i have tride uninstaling the generic drives but thay keep on reapearing after reboot gladly tak any help
