Rome: Total War v 1.2

I cant get this game to get past the CD protection. I have tried enabling Safe Disk and Securom but both lead to an error telling me to insert the disk. Tried changing the drive letter for the mounted images to D:, no beans. Im new to this so am i missing anything?

What soft did you use to make the backup? What parameters did you use? If you want help, give the info needed.

Rome Total War is SafeDisk 3.2 proteted (CD)
So if you havn't made an image using Alcohol 120%
make an image with it you could d-load a trial at
www.alcohol-software.com
Make an image using the Safedsik 2/3 profile and enable the subchannel option, too.
