Can't install daemon again. Why?

Hello, well, i have unnistaled this program without desmounting the image, so, the program was unnistaled but the image driver continues there, and with one image mounted. I am trying to install this again but the installer gives me one message:
"Some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other file or service in system. Please choose other driver names or make shure you have rebooted after removal of software using same names."

I've rebooted the computer, i erased all things of daemon on regedit, but still like this all the time. What can I do to install this program again?
