Hello, new user here. I am trying to run Star Wars KOTOR 2 with the 1.0b patch; it has SecuROM 7.00.00.0042 protection on it. I have tried DT 3.47 with SR7Stop, using Starforce Nightmare to disable my drives, using DT V4 by itself, and disabling my drives manually. I always get the same message: "Wrong Disc Inserted. Please insert the CD/DVD." I am using BIN/CUE files.

Any ideas?

Make a new image with Alcohol (mdf-mds).
Use Dt v4 and deactivate your drives in device manager or use sfn (disable cd, disable node).

SFN stands for StarForce Nightmare, useless for SF versions >= 3.5
