I personally experienced the same problem with Share-It!.
My problem was resolved once I called Share-It and talked to their customer representative.
My case was that I placed an order when I was traveling abroad, and Share-It fount it suspicious since my IP didn't match the country where the billing address was located.
So I suggest you to call Share-It! to sort things out.

BTW, they won't charge you twice since all orders have different order numbers.
