  • Some Help please?

I have gotten a new computer recently. When I tried to install D347 it didn't work (no drivers were installed for the virtual drives). I just updated to 4.0, and I still don't have drivers. I am assuming the reason I can not assign letters to the drives is because I have no drivers. If any one knows of a way to either
    A) install the drivers manually
    B) assign the drive letters (without the stupid message: cannot change drive letter)
Please let me know. Thank You.

Oh, here is the diag dump:

Re: no drivers were installed for the virtual drives

How do you know that ''no drivers were installed for the virtual drives''? Do you see any error message that indicates this? Or a device could not start message in device manager?

Can you post a screenshot or describe what you see in Device Manager?
