Error code 25040 ???

hi, when i want install v4 ,ask me update v4 or uninstall v3,47.i choose update.restarting pc installed v4 but i got problem when install finished.xp get blue screen and say something.this problem reason maybe scsiport.sys.
and i read some topics.i did rename scsiport.sys , sptd.sys,sptd8535.sys(i think).deleted daemon files.and i try install v 3,47 ,but i got this problem:
device setup error :25040 (0x61d0), 80 (0x50) ???
i need help...
