  • Unofficial IRC Channel (alt. support)

Until the site/forums become stable enough to house users/customers, I suggest you join #daemon-tools on irc.freenode.org. If you need a free IRC client, try http://www.mirc.com.

mIRC is not freeware, it's shareware, costs $20 and may be evaluated for 30 days.

having a permanant daemon tools irc channel would be a good idea, but it might put a strain on the mods.

Opera is free and includes a built-in IRC client as well.

An official DT channel would be nice.
                  Could that be arranged?

an official channel also needs of course official teammembers
on that channel there. And I doubt that we can afford the
time to make it "happen". I will today take a look to that un-
                    official channel

Having a IRC channel doesn't mean that you have to be present all the time.
I'm sure that many customers are willing to help out.

I'll think that an IRC channel would be good for the DT community.
Maybe we should start a poll and see if there is any interest in this.
