  • daemon and other virtul drive programs reset my computer

Hi all. I have recently come to the problem where any file that is mounted onto daemon tools automatically resets my computer. It never used to do this and I have not knowingly changed any settings. I am using v 3.47 and it will not even let me uninstall or install a new version, giving me the same error each time. It goes to a bluescreen with a stop message. I cant add my minidump because i dont know how. Can someone please help!!

Do you have any Roxio or other burning software (or DVD creation software) installed on your computer?

To learn how to save minidump files and send them by email read the thread entitled "The system reboots as if reset was pressed ("automatically restart" & minidumps)" in the Common Problems and Solutions forum.

It would also be helpful if you'd list the filter drivers attached to your CD/DVD-ROM's (use the device manager to view the drivers in use).

It would be helpful if you state your hardware specifications.
