go here: http://alcoholer.cdr-italia.it
download alcoholer3.1+clonyyXXL
use clonyXXL to detect the cd protection, and then open alcoholer, it will select the correct options for you (you need to set if you have a alcohol free drive, a alcohol 50% drive or a alcohol 120% drive, you can find a list of burners on alcohol forum) and will set them in alcohol, the open alcohol and use the alcoholer profile to read and write. That's all

alcoholer sets autonatically the options in alcohol 120%, so you don't need to set them manually everytime

Making "perfect" 1:1 copies depends as much (or probably more) upon the capabilities of your burner. If you have one of a few reliable brands/models that are able to copy "advanced" protections like the newest safedisk and securom versions, then Alcohol is one of the better choices, but if you don't , it will not matter what you do in the software!
Remember that there are many many cases where you have to make a compromise and burn a modified image or use some form of software protection emulation (like d-tools or alcohol's emulations) rather than try and try to make a perfect bit:bit copy.
