try this, really worked this time


Solution for the error 1606 Could not access Network Location. .All Users\.

1. Start > Run... > regedit --->OK

2. In the Registry go to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

3. Common Administrative Tools must have the value: C:\WINDOWS\All Users

4. In the Registry go to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

5. Common Administrative Tools must have the value: %SYSTEMROOT%\All Users

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and click (highlight) the following registry key:

In the right pane of the Registry Editor window, double-click Common Administrative Tools.

On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

The Admin Tools Folder error should not be an issue in daemon tools setup.
